In order to solve poverty, you must have the correct definition of what it is. And in order to define poverty, you must be able to classify things properly. And in order to classify things properly, you must be able to define the word ‘define’ itself. And that is a rather difficult task. In other words, you must have the perfect definition of poverty before you can solve it. And that is impossible.
